These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Krugis OÜ, registry code 37811170115, VAT EE102688773, Pärnu mnt 139c, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia (“Krugis”, “we”). By using the website you accept these terms.
1. Information on this website
The content on this website describes our services and products for general information. It is not a binding offer. Prices, features and availability shown for our products may change; the current details are on each product’s own website. A service engagement starts only when we both sign a written agreement or accept a written offer.
2. Our products
Route42, RotaLLM, CueBot and newspipe are provided under their own terms of service, published on their websites. Those terms, not these, govern your use of each product.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
- disrupt the website, including by automated scraping at a volume that affects its operation.
4. Intellectual property
The Krugis name and logo, and the text, graphics and design of this website, belong to Krugis OÜ or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use; any other reuse needs our written permission. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Open-source projects published on our GitHub are available under the licence stated in each repository.
5. Links to other websites
This website links to our product websites and to third-party sites such as GitHub and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
6. Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Krugis is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
